What size will fit my child?
Most bold schoolwear products have size charts to guide you on which size you should order for your child. You can view these by selecting the 'View Size Guide' button on the product page. For more information on how to measure your child visit www.bolduniforms.pt/sizing. Please note: Charts should only be used as a guide, as all children are shaped differently. It is always good for your child to try on before you buy if possible.
Do you supply Primary and Secondary Uniform?
bold schoolwear makes uniform to fit everybody, with Junior and Senior ranges in a wide range of styles, sizes and lengths for the perfect fit.
What happens if there is nobody available to accept delivery? Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. If you’re not available, the courier will leave a card with further instructions for delivery. Often, if you’re not home, the parcel will be delivered to your local school.
Can I change my delivery address? Yes, you can add a new delivery address to your account online. Simply select this new address when placing a new order. Please note that the delivery address of an existing order cannot be changed. For delivery to a different address than the school, please contact us by email. An additional fee of €9 will apply.
Can I track my order? Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note we are unable to access more information than what is shown on the tracking site.
My parcel is showing as delivered, but I have not received it. What can I do? If you were not home, parcels are often delivered to your local school. Instructions are usually left on a calling card.
What are my delivery options? Standard delivery is always made to the school in your area free of charge. If you would like delivery to a different address, please send an email with your request; an additional fee of €9 will apply.
Can I exchange an item purchased in the Institutions area?
Yes, as long as the items have not been irreversibly personalized and have not been used. However, we only make size exchanges for the same item. To proceed with an exchange, you must fill out the Exchange form, which can be found on your Institution's page, after the uniforms. When we receive your exchange request, we will contact you.
Can I return an item purchased in the Institutions area?
No. Our policy in the Institutions area does not allow returns unless there is a manufacturing error/defect. In that case, you should contact us at support@bolduniforms.pt
In case of a return, how is the refund processed?
All refunds are made through a voucher that can be used on our website and does not have an expiration date.
What is the exchange period?
You have 14 days to make the exchange.
Can I return items that I have not yet received?
No. After making the payment, we cannot make any changes to the order.
Are exchanges and returns free?
No, shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. In returns, if our quality department confirms that it is a manufacturing defect, we will reimburse the shipping costs.
I ordered custom-made items. Can I exchange them?
No. When we produce custom items or respond to a special request, we do not make any size exchanges.
My exchange has been accepted. When will I receive the new items?
After we receive the replacement items, we will send the requested size as soon as possible. In case of stock shortages, the timeframe may extend up to 10 weeks. If there is a shortage of raw materials, that timeframe may be further extended. We will not process returns due to the waiting time.
How do I use a promotional code?
If you have an active promotional code you will need to enter it in the ‘My Basket’ area, under your Order Summary.
I forgot to add a promotional code to my order, can it still be applied?
After you have placed your order, it is not possible to add a promotional code.
The size I require is not available. What should I do?
If the size you require is not available then the ‘add to my Wish List’ button will appear. Selecting this will add the item(s) to the Wish List section of your account where you will have the option to share the list with the bold team. Our team will look into your available options in order to get your uniform to you as soon as possible.
Can I amend or add to my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add or make changes to an existing order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you add a new delivery address at checkout or under Address Book in the My Account area.
I have requested for my account password to be reset but haven’t received an email. What should I do now?
If you haven't received a password reset email you should check your email inbox for the verification email, making sure to search for 'bold' in all mailboxes, including any spam or junk folders.
How do I view my schools uniform?
To view your schools badged uniform you will need to register using your school code, that will be supplied to you by the school.
My account sign in was incorrect or my account is disabled temporarily, what do I do?
This error message simply means that the details that you have entered do not match our records, you may want to try another password and email. If you still can't get in, click 'Forgot Your Password?' to have your details reset.
Bold Schoolwear is delivers available items no later than 3 weeks. If the item ordered is out of stock it will be delivered as soon as possible.
Each Maple Bear student must have at least one piece of each required item. Maple Bear suggests that every child has:
Boys:
- 1 Knited V-Neck Jumper
- 2 Short sleeve polo shirt
- 2 Long sleeve polo shirt
- 1 Boys Trousers
- 1 Boys Shorts
- 2 Short sleeve T-shirt
- 1 Sweatshirts

- All other items are optional

The orders are delivered, by hand, at the referred student school. Upon delivery, you must confirm that all items and sizes are correct and sign the detachable, which will be used as proof of delivery.

All items can be exchanged or returned, provided that:
- The item has been received in the last 15 days
- Items returned are in the original packaging
- Articles do not have name labels filled in
- Articles have not been washed
To return or exchange an article please follow the following steps:
1. Register the return online
2. Deliver the article to be returned to the school with the invoice return detachable completed, in a bag duly identified with the name of the student, campus and class.
3. If you wish to make an exchange, please place a new order by email: support@bolduniforms.pt
If you want the invoice on behalf of a person or company whose name is different from the one in the list please send us an email to support@bolduniforms.pt with the following information: student's name, class, name that must appear on the invoice, tax number, address and zip code.
